ShadowPlayers provides fake player services for FiveM servers. Our service allows you to increase your server's player count with realistic fake players that sync with txAdmin and appear in server lists.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to use our service in compliance with FiveM's Terms of Service
• You agree not to use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Prices are displayed in EUR. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 100% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for maintenance, security, or violations of these terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using the service to violate FiveM's Terms of Service
• Attempting to reverse engineer or tamper with our service
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Using the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

ShadowPlayers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
