Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all agreements between ShadowPlayers (“we”, “us”, “provider”) and you (“customer”, “you”) regarding the use of digital services offered on our website, in particular the provision of fake-player / bot capacity for FiveM servers via the customer panel. Your own terms do not apply unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Subject matter

We provide time-limited or package-based digital services and digital access (e.g. activation of bots in the panel) as described on the website. This is expressly a digital service; we do not ship physical goods.

3. Contract formation and account

The contract is formed when you complete checkout and payment is successfully confirmed, or when we confirm manual activation (e.g. after a bank transfer). You must provide accurate information at registration and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in EUR. Payments are processed via the methods we offer (e.g. PayPal, bank transfer). Purchases are one-time for the selected period or package; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. When your paid period ends, you must purchase again to continue.

5. No refunds or repayments (100%)

You have no right to a refund, chargeback, credit, partial refund, or any other repayment of amounts paid—whether under contract, statute, or goodwill. This applies without exception to all payment methods and situations, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or deciding you no longer want the service
• Technical issues on your side (server, hosting, network, third-party software)
• Actions by third parties (e.g. FiveM, Cfx.re, server lists, hosts)
• Partial or non-use of the purchased period or capacity
• Claims about quality, availability, or expected effect, except where mandatory law provides otherwise
• Disputes, cases, chargebacks, or escalations with payment providers (e.g. PayPal claims)—you agree not to use such processes to obtain repayment where contractually permissible

By completing payment or by ticking the acceptance box before purchase, you explicitly acknowledge this complete and final exclusion of refunds. All sales are final.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security work, or force majeure may cause downtime. This does not create any right to refunds or damages beyond the limits in Section 5.

7. Your responsibilities and prohibited use

• Use the service in compliance with FiveM / Cfx.re terms and applicable law
• Do not use the service for illegal or unauthorised purposes
• Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, or abuse our systems
• Do not share credentials with unauthorised persons

We may suspend access for abuse or breach. No refund applies in such cases (Section 5).

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect or consequential damages. Mandatory liability for injury to life, body, or health and under product liability law remains unaffected where required by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for the future. For already paid periods, the terms in force at the time of purchase apply unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of the state where you habitually reside apply if they offer stronger protection. If you are a merchant, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is our registered seat, where legally permissible. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
